Please wear what makes you comfortable\, and as our Pastor says: "Just be sure to wear clothes!"\nYou can enter from the canopied door on the west side\, entering from Portage St.\, offers ground-level entry and offers plenty of parking. The canopied entryway on the Lindy Lane Ave. side has stairs and a ramp\, and is closest to the worship space\, it offers limited parking. There are handicap parking spaces at all entrances.\nWe believe that children bring life to our services - noises and all. We are thankful that parents bring their children to worship\, and we believe that it is important to teach children the practice of worship.\nAll Children are encouraged to come forward for a children's sermon and a blessing during communion.\nA staffed child care room is available during the Sunday 9:00AM service\, and is located at the end of the hallway to the left of the worship space.\nAn usher will provide a bulletin prior to entering the worship space. SUMMARY:Baby Care Kit Donations
DESCRIPTION:Our neighbors in Ethiopia have been displaced from their homes because of ethnic conflict in the East African country.  About 5\,000 have had to leave their homes and live at an Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) Camp.  These mothers and expecting mothers need help so we are going to send baby care kits over again this year. We want to provide the basics a family needs to care for their new members.  So we are asking for these items to make up the Baby Kits to send to our neighbors across the ocean. Here is a list of items we are collecting. \nLightweight cotton T-shirts (No Onesies) \nLong –or-short sleeved gowns or sleepers (Without feet) \nSwaddling blankets (receiving)\, medium weight cotton or flannel\, or crocheted or knitted with lightweight yarn (Square 36” to 52”) \nJacket\, sweater or sweatshirt with a hood\, or include a baby cap \nSocks \nOne hand towel-dark color \nBath size bar of gentle soap \nClothes sizes 6 to 24 months are needed.  Please try to get different sizes on the clothes items so the child can grow into them.  You can drop off your items at the church office Monday through Friday 9AM- 12PM until October 10\, 2022.

There are also hymnals in each pew.\nWe practice an open table; those who commune at other Christian churches are welcomed and encouraged to participate.\n\nWe use individual cups; offering both wine and grape juice (the light colored cup)\nGluten-free wafers are available; just let Pastor know when you come forward\, they are readily available.\nWe gladly bring communion to you in your seat if that is easier for your mobility.
