Palm Sunday (John 12:12-16)

Gospel Message from Pastor William.

Once again, Jesus comes into Jerusalem. This time, the folks shout; “Save us we pray (Hosanna)” and claim his as their king. In his last trip to Jerusalem (5:1, 6:1-15) Jesus fed the 5000+ and the people wanted to make him king, but Jesus would have none of that. The people wanted a king who would free them from the rule of Rome. Jesus wanted to be a king from whom they would learn to emulate his self-sacrificial love for all. Unfortunately, the people weren’t ready for that – are you?
