3rd Sunday of Easter (John 21:1-19)
Gospel Message from Pastor William.
Again, the risen Jesus appears to his disciples. Again, giving them fishing advice (verse 6). Again, feeding them (verse 12). And again, forgiving them (verses 15-17). But now, Jesus indicates the response to being forgiven is not just; Thanks be to God! No, now, Jesus explicitly tells Peter to get going; get going, taking care of his flock. We too, are called to recognize our new relationship with the risen Lord as a starting point for our ministry to others. Forgiveness; spread it around.
