God you are gracious and merciful to all,

        slow to anger and overflowing with love.

You lift up the lowly,

        you support the unsteady.

Everyone looks to you for care,

        you provide all we need.

You open your hand,

        out comes life and love.

You act with generosity,

        giving more than we deserve.

You are right there, by our side,

        we can trust you.

You provide all we need,

        you hear us when we trust you.

All those who love you are safe,

        how sad for those who hate you.

No one can keep me quiet about your love,

        all creation will join me in your song.
