All Saints Day

Psalm 149, paraphrased by Pastor William

God, you are the greatest!

It’s time to sing a new song,

praising God together.

Let us all honor our Creator,

let us all claim God as our king.

Let us use dance to praise God,

use musical instruments too.

God takes delight in us,

adorning us with splendor.

Let us all break out in jubilation,

singing at the top of our lungs.

As we strive against injustice,

let our voices match our actions,

to bring oppressors to account,

to correct wrong behavior,

to restrict the actions of their leaders,

to bind up those who hurt others,

to end their reign of terror.

God’s work is to free the burdened.

God, you are the greatest!
