Psalm 98, paraphrased by Pastor William

Wake up! Time for a new song!

        Look at what God has done!

We were in despair,

        but God came through.

God remembered us, his beloved;

        he was faithful and true.

Shout! Sing at the top of your lungs,

        jump up and down.

Sing aloud, don’t be bashful,

        clap your hands,

hoot and holler,

        sing how great your God is.

The sea crashes, the wind howls,

        the whole earth cries out.

It knows of God’s amazing love,

        God’s amazing grace.

Be bold and beautiful;

        for God made you so.
