Stewardship in the Gospel
Jesus says the way to experience eternal life here and now is to love God with every fiber of your being (and money and time) and to treat everyone else as if they were important to God (because they are!)
Stewardship in our community
Treating others as less important than ourselves leads to societal mayhem. Treating others as valued children of God, whom God made and loves, leads to a meaningful and worthwhile existence – for them and for us.
Stewardship in practice
God is particularly fond of God’s children and is well-pleased when we treat each other as important to God. This week, as you encounter people, strive to outdo them in showing them honor (Romans 12:10). In this, you show love; the love that Jesus says leads to life-giving meaning and purpose.
